Bathroom in the bungalow felt cramped with an elevated bathtub, not conducive for easy entry or exit!!! More furnishings in rooms would enhance comfort and ambiance!!! Swimming pool area could use more lounge chairs for relaxation!!!

Had a fantastic two nights in a bungalow with a lovely view of the water, and I really enjoyed the sparkling pool, especially after exploring all day. The hotel offered relaxing massages and a great sun terrace where I could unwind. Just a small hiccup with the shower, but it was sorted out quickly, so no worries there. Pro tip, make sure to bring goggles for the pool! 🏊‍♂️

I stayed in one of the bungalows, and honestly, it was a dream! The view was just lovely, overlooking a peaceful lake filled with fish! And the bathroom had a jacuzzi-perfect for relaxing after a long day. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but the overall experience made it worth it!

Staying at the Bungalow, Water Front was a real treat. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning nature. Enjoyed the pool, especially after long days of exploring. Ms. Dzung was incredibly helpful. she planned our itinerary and sorted all travel arrangements seamlessly. The room had a charming view and came with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a decent variety, but lunch and dinner options felt limited and pricey, making dining out a better choice. The only downside was the noise from outside, especially during the evening. Luckily, it didn’t last late into the night. Overall, a lovely getaway, but some room for improvement in food variety and noise insulation.

The staff was the real MVP here! They set us up with bikes and gave us awesome tips on local spots. Room? Super cozy with a killer view of the pond. Breakfast was tasty, too, even had Pho! Honestly, the only downside was needing a ride to town sometimes.

The Deluxe Family Room had a great mountain view and matched the online photos, which was a relief. Super comfy overall, but I wish it was a bit cozier with more furnishings. The location was quiet enough to relax, and breakfast was handy for a quick start to the day!
